Transfers must be renewed every year for accurate and efficient campus planning. No transfers are renewed or extended without re-application and approval, in writing, through the Office of Student Services.
Out-of-District Transfers: April 1–May 31
In-District Transfers: May 1–May 31
All parents will be notified by mail no later than June 30 of the transfer decision.
Denied applications may be submitted to an appeal committee by contacting the Student Services Department. Appeal hearings will be scheduled by Student Services.
All applications must include a current proof of residence, such as water, electric, gas, lease/mortgage documentation in your name or your spouse’s name (no disconnect notices).
